Terms & Conditions – The Bagh Village, Ranthambore

We look forward to welcoming you to The Bagh Village. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, we request you to kindly go through the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Reservation

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• A valid government-issued ID proof is required at check-in for all guests.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge (using existing bedding).
• Extra child bed or additional bedding can be arranged on request at an extra cost.
• Maximum capacity for extra beds varies by room type.

Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.

House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated areas are available.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the property.
• Guests are requested to maintain peace and avoid loud noise, especially after 10:00 PM.

Liability

• The Bagh Village is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or facilities during their stay.
